Not happy that I booked room through MMT Terible location very small roads and no proper parking space available

There is no primary facility in attached toilet bathroom like proper towel hanger mirror flush tank clamp is also broken No solution after compain given on reception counter ..We have booked double bed deluxe room but no any deluxe facility in room very congested room , We cannot move freely in room.. Staff is very good but hotel management is very careless regarding providing basic facilities in room and bathroom

The property was good in cleanliness. Staff at the Hotel was good and helpful. The Hotel is very convenient to the Pocket. Even Hotel is not so far from the Shreenathji Temple. I would definitely suggest people to stay.

Booked 4 bade family room. Everything was perfect. 2 window ac available in room. Bathroom very big size. Car parking available. Srinathji 5min walking distance.

Firstly no responsible person available at the time of check in. As mentioned but no ac services available. Bathroom was not clean. Towels and other accessories was too bad.

Room service is not as expected, ac not working properly, reception staff behaviour is rude, we have to stay 1 day extra but hotel person has not allowed us to stay and said you have to checkout today only. We are ready to pay the amount also but they have not agreed. So we have the worst experience ever in this hotel.

There was no hot water if hot water comes than no cold water comes. Not a comfortable stay for specially elders as not clean as well.
