Property contact number was not updated i had to send an email to sales team to get a property manager number. Secondly after travel-ling 10 hrs plus with family when i reach to property they said my booking was not confirmed even though i showed them make my trip confirmation big time surprise. So there is 100 percent communication gap between makemytrip and the property -manager/ sales team. After 10 to 15 min discussion property manger let us in understanding the fact that i have confirmation. After paying up front premium amount for booking i never expected this would be happening with me. Overall my first impression and experience with property was not good. Overall staff and service was good property location is also good. However, you are own you own for parking.
