terrible hotel the hotel is situated in middle of the market there is no parking in that but still the hotel is saying that they had a parking not a good hotel for a staying with a family the rooms are also not good and the environment is also not I after booking that have to leave the hotel and book another hotel in the City I left to the hotel after seeing it I will suggest me if you are going with family don't book it especially if you are travelling in the room vehicle they don't have any type of parking

Service is very bad not satisfied mineral water not provided bed room not clean bed sheet have lots of dirty spots

On an average for family stay, less amenities. Late service. Order food from outside. No restaurant or cafe in hotel.

Loved it, good hospitality and in main city centre of bikaner, clean rooms as well

We stay for one night, staffs behaviour is good and situated in nice location over all it’s great experience

Staff behaviour was good overall average experience room is okish water facilities was average. Location is good and near city centre and train station
