I was charged Rs 700 for early checkin given that I had super luxury package from makemytrip which mentions 3 yr complimentary checkin. I tried calling MakeMyTrip representive but she said it's depend on the hotel only. Totally irresponsible response from MakeMyTrip.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to assist us. Breakfast was simple but delicious. It's a fantastic, high-value option for anyone looking for a relaxing, peaceful retreat. We highly recommend Sagar Niwas and will definitely be returning!

So staff is very friendly and the experience with the room is excellent. And breakfast is also very good with hygiene and fresh. The best past i loved is structure and interior of hotel which gives very prime and royal feeling. The sitting area at the entrance and garden at the back side is also amazing. Loved it.

Overall experience is average because of the room quality, rooms were not maintained the washroom was not clean and over all room experience was not good. Staff was very cooperative and even the exterior was nice along with courtyard.
