breakfast was not served at property and they told us to have breakfast(which was complimentary) at the adjoining property In fact these are rooms in marriage palace. It was really very bad stay as rooms were having bad odours and even cattle kept for preparing tea was not clean and was having foul smell.

Terrible Stay

Hi, The hotel ambience was good and the rooms are still under maintenance that creates a lot of hindrance for the guest. Also the hotel area submerged into water due to rains and this creates very difficulty for the movements from and to the hotel. Additionally the hotel staff members are rude especially the manager, he has no sympathy with the guest. Even if the room is empty they won't give you early check-in even 5 min before 12 PM unless you pay them. Also the hotel has a lot of electricity problems and the entire night the AC was not working and hotel management blamed on power cut. However they did on purpose to save their e-bill. Sagar hotel is a big group and such unprofessionalism is unexpected from them. Kindly make a note of this or else people will start to lose the interest in their property.

I was charged Rs 700 for early checkin given that I had super luxury package from makemytrip which mentions 3 yr complimentary checkin. I tried calling MakeMyTrip representive but she said it's depend on the hotel only. Totally irresponsible response from MakeMyTrip.

So staff is very friendly and the experience with the room is excellent. And breakfast is also very good with hygiene and fresh. The best past i loved is structure and interior of hotel which gives very prime and royal feeling. The sitting area at the entrance and garden at the back side is also amazing. Loved it.
