The check in was smooth the staffs were pretty trained. They answered my phone calls and provided with basic amenities like slippers which were missing initially the only problem was with the wifi which I can’t them entirely.

The service is not good. Brush was not given in the room & also no one was receiving the phone call while calling. Very rigid staff.

Property location is on the banks of Koel River. Super Deluxe rooms have river view from window. Rooms are smelly and shaby. Room TV, AC and Geysers were not working! Resturant food is nice and tasty, however, morning breakfast is not buffet and have very limited options. Approach road to hotel is in narrow and in very bad condition. Personally not satisfied - doubt their 3-star rating in MMT.
