A good place to stay with family ... nice food ... a bit costly ... but fully maintained hotel.. for personal tour of office tour best hotel

Poor maintenance and housekeeping , Slow service, Exobirant restaurant charge, Only Food quality good.

Nice hotel but need some more amenities like spa and bar hospitality is very good ,good ambiance well mannered staffs

Food and Location Good but facilities have degraded as the toilet bed curtain etc cleanliness was much less than earlier and no way near to the cost charged.

Service and staff are very good location is at prime location and with good view and is at the heart of the town

Hotel looks great on External Interiors and ambient. whereas Internal Room is slightly smelling, Less spacious. Breakfast has limited items. Staffs are very friendly and cooperative.

Ac was not working properly after informing them, they did not take any action

Good staff, polite behaviour, breakfast food spreed excellent, cleanliness maintained. Food bit costelier. Linen cleaning to be improved and replaced. Location difficult to reach for first timer. Autos or rickshaws not available in front of hotel. Overall good stay

Location & amenities are nice, breakfast is also upto mark. Very good hotel for business commuters. I have stayed here multiple times and found the rooms very neatly managed every time.

I stayed there with a group of 10 pax. The stay was good, food was great. I will say it’s a good place to stay with fine interior and room.

It was good but could have been better

I will say no one should even consider it 1 star hotel very misbehaving staff. Didn’t recieved food order even after 1. 5 hours slept empty stomach

Restaurant food quality is very bad no proper recipe’s and they don’t have professional chef, they put papaya that was decomposed and bad smell and rooms are good but night time when people are sleeping that time hotel management has switched off rooms ac from main switch board bathroom doors are very hard to open and it is very unsafe to open or close the door

At the property first ac was not working after lot of fight they changed our room then there service was poor there showers don’t work properly and many more complaints like rude staff

Service was not good as there was no staff available and also wifi was not working

Almost everything was good and staff was well
