Review Of Hotel Shiv International (100 kms from Ahmedabad)

During my stay, renovation work was going on at the hotel, which caused some inconvenience. The room was decent in size and had adequate space, but the washroom was not clean. The shower was not working, and the water closet was broken. Overall, the experience was below expectations. I would rate this hotel 2 out of 5 stars.

food is not good, Tv and wifi not working , manager told me cancel booking, bathroom is very darty, Break fast not good, paratha given to me is 1/4 part dahi not given, when I discuss, than he reduce charge, hotel is under repairing VERY BAD EXPERIENCE I REQUIRED NOT BOOK THE ROOM UP COMPETITION OF HOTEL REPAIRING, AND DONT DISTURBED CUSTOMER WHO HAS PAID FULL MONEY STOP BOOK ING IMMEDIATELY PLEASE.

Other guest left luggage in room and he came in evening and knocked our door , we are terrible disturbed

When We reached at hotel Shiv International hotel Shiv International cancelled my booking totally and hotel management told me that your booking amount shall refund from MakeMyTrip company so We didn't stay at Hotel Shiv International because Hotel management cancelled our booking and informed to MakeMyTrip there after I was trying to talk with your company exicutive officer but I can't reach to talk with anyone so please I want to share my experience and want to get my fully refund..so please you contact to that hotel and give me my fully refund.. Service was good but bathroom needs renovation. When i checked in, the bedsheet was not changed. When i requested to change it, then only they changed it.

Location of the hotel is good. It is near to central bus station. They need to improve on bathroom hygiene and other service. At the time of arrival hot water supply was not available. It resumed next day.

Bad cleaning, bad washroom, the bed sheet was not clean etc

Room and washroom wasn't clean enough. No wifi connectivity and TV . Food was quiet good. Laundry service was also not available.

Hotel is too bad no hot water they give you hot water 1 bucket when you tell them before 20 minutes the rooms are dirty bathroom are worst the room they showed and the record in computer of room no. Was different what they gave the room but whatever mmt helpline number whom i talked he was very helpful he talked to the hotel and after that they changed my room which average but still ac is not working and bathroom are not that good.

The room condition is very bad. It is a very dirty room. Bad smell coming from the room. I have given 3350 rs rent for a single night. Rent is high but the facility is not up to the mark of this type of service we could get from the room of 1000 rs rent. I advise nobody should book this hotel pls remove this hotel from mm t

Water is coming in room. Dirty smell is also coming. Tv was not working, shiv staff says tv is not working. Very dirty culture. I had not seen any other customers in the hotel. Only i am coming, only i am going, at the time of bra fast, i was only one customer. Very poor quality hotel.

I stayed here for one day but the experience was terrible. 1. The flush was not working properly in the washroom. 2. Mid night three hours there was a power cut and the generator was also not started. 3. In the morning all of a sudden water supply stopped.

Although hotel shiv int'l location, facilities, building, etc are fine, they lack professionalism. All staff are simple n sober, but don't have own initiative due to lack of professional ability. Bathroom cleanness need more attention, flush, taps, mirror wall, etc to be cleaned perfectly.

Room and washroom were not cleaned and unhygienic. Changed the room but still the uncleaned state remain same.

This hotel has reserved the wrist room for online booking guests and there is no acceptance of requests for a change of the room.

Bed sheet, pillow cover was dirty. It seems no change after previous guest use. Blankets were also dirty and having smell. Washroom was not clean. Bathroom water was salty like sea water. Poor experience.
