Couples were allowed for a few hours in rooms. Not a good hotel if you're looking for business travel. They charge for drinking water in a room which has to be given complimentary. The breakfast was pathetic. Waste of money to include such food. Would've rated zero if there was an option. The staff was polite.

I booked 2 x 5 star hotels in ahmedabad from makemytrip but we didnt find any courtesy and any polite and hospitality approach from either of the hotels. Itc was worst while todays renaissance is not as what we expected. The approach at 5stars shouod be different. Maybe the 5 star hotels in india are similar and we expect the 5 star approach simiar to that of aingapore, hong kong or china
