The room was super comfy with all the required amenities. The location of this hotel is very convenient. Even at really early morning hours like 2:15 am one can from station at a price of Rs. 150(in an auto ofcourse).

Breakfast options are not available much . Only two/ Three items. I have checked in around 11 PM and requested to checkout around 2 PM which thy have declined hence I had to check out by 8 AM. House keeping response are not that great..

TERRIBLE PRIC
instead of complimentary breakfast for a cup of tea they charge Rs 50 & a water bottle costs Rs80 here, if you are not rich don't come to this hotel unless you don't want to spend much.

Horrible stay ..... unhygienic Room
It is better to stay at railway station rather staying in this hotel . Very old window AC where temperature controller not working . Unhygienic room and bathroom. Bad smell coming from linen , bathroom and room too.

need to upgrade sheela towe
the morning receptionist lady is rude and needs proper training. The rooms equipments like telephone are not working. bathroom doesn't have a basic hand wash. breakfast which is complimentary has very less options

Terrible Stay
Very bad experience.. fan,AC nothing working properly. Front office staff very unfriendly and not helpful. The only good thing was the food and restaurant staff service.

Well, the property is with average facilities, very old one, not refurbished for sometime, there’s no ventilation at all and water leak in the washrooms. There’s no parking space

everything in the property was good, including fast service and hospitality. The breakfast was very great. Only the lunch was a little switching off. Rest the security, reception and management people were very friendly, helpful and polite. Really enjoyed the stay.

Food price is excessively high in comparison to the quantity of food. Moreover, breakfast although complementary, but served as per the choice of the hotel authority, and not as per the requirement of the boarders . The size of room is not enough in comparison to the price of the room rent, as the room is not spacious and is suffocating.

Good stay
Food and hospitality was good. The bed was not upto the mark. The bucket in the bathroom was broken. Ac was giving continuously abnormal sounds. And the pigeons on the ac were terrible
