Review Of Hotel Senthur Raja AC

Absolutely horrible experience – I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Right from the start, the hospitality was rude and unprofessional. At check-in, a young staff member behaved arrogantly and asked us to pay extra money for “early check-in” at 8:30 am, even though rooms were clearly available. We had already tried reaching them multiple times before our arrival, but their phones were switched off. When we mentioned this, the staff casually replied that yes, phones were off and if we wanted to check in earlier, we must pay extra, otherwise come after 12. Extremely unprofessional! We had booked and paid for an AC room, but the AC didn’t work for half the day. The excuse given was “electricity not available.” After repeatedly asking, they finally switched it on, but since they controlled the central system, we could not adjust the temperature. The room stayed hot and humid – even at night the AC display showed 28 degrees, and they didn’t allow us to set it below 26. We were literally sweating in an AC room we paid for! Overall, the stay was a nightmare – rude staff, poor facilities, and absolutely no value for money

There was no Wifi, the geyser did not work, the owner was also rude. Will never stay here again. No food arrangements, did not provide cutlery when I ordered food myself. No cleanliness, dirty bedsheets.

First of all, The Room which was showing in MMT, that's not the Room we get ! Secondly AC & TV is not Working and In Hotel Guidelines it's mentioned that Wifi will be provided But No Wifi is there and No network also there inside the Room ! And No towels , soap, even Water too they have not Provided ! And Lastly they have Charged Extra 500 Rs. for a small Room !

Dont book this hotel if you want a trouble free trip. 1.)hotel alloted the room by 66 PM in the evening, 6 hours delay in the check in. 2.) I stayed for 3 days and no cleaning service provided in the room, no fresh towels given, no bedsheets changed, nothing. 3.) I asked for extra blanket, and the hotel staff was so rude and refused to give extra blanket and provided only when I asked him to contact the owner or I ll raise a conplaint. I paid to get a service like this. I would suggest many different hotels are there bolo them but not this one for sure.

Room was good but no room service it is very uncomfortable there is no food location was good better to provide room service

Terrible Manager and room attendants… all they cared was the money… they were ok when we said we would check out late and they had clearly told us no extra will be charged as there were no other bookings for that day. However while we were checking out at 4 pm, they started arguing like we have never told that there will be no extra cost. We ended up paying half of the room charge… pathetic customer service

Room is good for one day stay. Service not good as we need to ask for soap, we need to ask them to clean the room, change the bedspread, bed sheet etc.

Ac was not working in 1 room and in other room the room was full of ac water. All places were damp and dirty inside room. No service provided by hotel guys. Complained many times for acs but no response from hotel people. Will not recommend this hotel ever.

I travel-led with my family and stayed at this hotel. My initial booking was for only one day but i extended it for another day. Mine was triple bed room. Location is very good( around 600 meter from temple and agni teertham. This hotel doesn’t provide food or any other service ( apart from wifi, so take call accordingly. Staff was well mannered and helpful. I’m found this hotel very clean and hygienic. Value for money.

The rooms were big enough but were untidy, especially the bathroom. Ac was working fine but the room service was terrible. We booked for a group of 5 and enough blankets were not given. And finally when we checked out they asked us extra money for cleaning the room, which we felt ridiculous.

The room and washroom was clean but the room was bit smelly when we entered for the first time. The bed sheets were strained and the staff did not respond on informing them about the same.

It was a great trip we went sightseeing and had a good tour of all the places

Just hotel only. No food. Ac only fixed temp 25. No changes. No more water bottle and towel. High price.

Not upto the three star hotel range. Facilities below average, total below average with respect to cost.
