Rama Palace

The room was so dusty and so many ants on the floor.They cleaned everything after we reached the hotel.

given the price, it was a very terrible low class hotel. Staff were like friends of owners. No drinking water, no kettle, paint is coming out. Bathroom and other facilities are poor

Worst room I have stayed so for. Even they do not provide water. Surroundings are totally unhygienic.Not to recommend anyone.

Room is small , bathroom is okayish. Property has no generator backup for AC. If power cut is there - only fan will be on. The caretaker is good and polite.

Good average bathroom near room neat nearby to temple respective staffs bad small things spoils like pillow cover, bathroom mat very poor, wire hanging. Costa very low so please try to change and improve hotel quality

It’s understandable if you're on a budget, but the room had a bad smell, and it was very small and cramped, not spacious at all

Neatness is very important for a hotel room. In rama palace hotel the floor was having dust. No mat was provided near bathroom. This should be improved.

It's not a hotel, it's an old residential house converted to hotel. The room and bathroom were untidy and poorly maintained. No proper parking space available at the hotel, you have keep on moveing your vehicles for movement of others as all are parked in the same line back to back otherwise park outside near road. The sofa, bed in the room were drentched with dust and sand and oil as if not cleaned in years. The room floor was dusty (sand) and which confirms no cleaning done regularly. We got feelings that they are not even changing bedsheets and blankets after check out of previous guest. They don't provide all the amenities as mentioned in the description and take customer for granted. No toiletries were provided. No proper water flow in the bathroom to take bath, bathroom fixures were all in broken condition. No tarined staff. No towels were given next day citing reason all are gone for laundary and provided later in the night. Location was close to key sites (with auto rickshaw) but it's not big plus as it's a small city and one can easily commute within reasonably low time. Overall a terrible stay, so would recommend to avoid this hotel. In peak season they charge 2-3 times which is also a major setback with such service. It was such a bad experience that we didn't even click a photo of the room.  Being a mandatory step for feedback I submitted other photos so that other travellers can be cautioned.

Heavy cost

It was a decent stay. Close to temple and stafs were helpful and polite. Price was lil on higher side due to peak time of holidays. Ample amount of car parking though it wasn't closed parking but outside.

Very convenient hotel and home like stay. Near to temple and parking is available.

No wardrobe and no hot water rest was okay.

Dirty linen, 03 rd class hotel, i think mm t has to review the hotels before signing, just for commission don’t play with safety and security of guest, haven’t asked for ids, lizard in room, unhygienic toilets, no toiletries, no towels

It was a very bad experience with rama palace. Only name is good but there is no proper facilities. Very old material. Don't go.

Room size is ok for 4 ppl, basic amenities are lacking as you have to ask for everything. Even they won't give hot water unless you ask them.

It was nice, family can go, nice place, wonderful experience when you enter the room yo can find the difference between outside and inside,

we find by Google location, food not taken and there don't having services , Rooms hygiene must take to improve 😔

Stay was and they were supportive. How ever needs some more cleaning in rooms. And they provided the required guide

checked in on 8th feb and checked out on 10th feb. The room no 103 was congested for 3 adults. During the period none of the hotel staff neither bothered to clean our room nor to change the bed sheets.
