Room quality was so bad Electricity problem No cleaning of the Room AC was not working properly

The hotel's location is excellent, situated directly opposite the beach. Rooms were clean. The bathroom presented initial maintenance needs: specifically, the shower was non-functional and the area needed cleaning. The staff promptly repaired the shower and cleaned the bathroom. However, the bathroom fittings still require replacement. The property is currently undergoing renovation, which is a significant positive. This process is expected to address and permanently resolve the remaining structural issues, most notably replacing and upgrading all bathroom fittings to ensure a high-quality, modern experience across the board. The staff was helpful and cooperative, and their service, combined with the comprehensive renovations, suggests that the few remaining issues will be resolved soon.

First of all they have refused to check me in the hotel, make my trip team is also responsible for not confirming my stay, make my trip team have only confirmed my stay with myself only by just mail, they have not confirmed my planned stay with hotel manager, hotel owner/manager had just provided a double bed single room, whereas we have paid 4 persons charges, very terrible experience with make my trip and hotel provided by make my trip with my family

Nice place and very good staff. They were very helpful in nature and very prompt service. Rooms are very clean and well arranged.

Neat and clean room just front of Murud Beach and easily walk-able near by public transport Station.

Untidy rooms. No television.

Stay was OK. Hotel was not pleasant if compared with per night cost, not worth at all. No food at hotel. Poor service in terms of no wifi and hot water.
No hot water facility in morning 7 am, when I asked them to get the hot water they came with bucket half full of hot water. Quite less room staff. No wifi far city though its mentioned during booking. Bathroom taps or besin taps in poor condition even shower also.

Hotel is just walking distance to beach, staffs are very good and well behaved. Need to renovate the room and toilet.

Best hostel to stay and enjoy good food and best location.

The family room was quite spacious, though Oldfield with paint peeling off walls, with 5 beds. The view from room was good . However, the AC was set to temp 25 with no remote . The latch from inside the bathroom was not locking . No lift . . No intercom in room . Airtel & Jio, connectivity very poor. No WiFi. So be ready for disconnected life . Room cleanliness was average . Too costly if paying anything more than 1500 per night.
