very durty bathroom tap leaking, wardrobe broken,bedsheet dirty. just like I felt I booked through OYO.

Hotel was very old. No proper doors. To lock. No lift for 3 floor building

Rooms are very unhygienic door don't have lock and service was pathetic the sapana hotel is really bad in condition as we check in late so we don't have any option then stay there so we have stay there and left early morning very very poor condition

Not recommended for stay. No basic facilities are provided. Please remove this hotel from your list of hotels.

Room was not clean, other facility like tv is not working. And the counter executive so much time to handover keys. Asking many questions. We are already 5 members of family with kids.

Staff is cooperative, taken good care during stay. Saves travel time while exploring near by locations like tuljapur and akkalkot

After check out we asking room for 10mints due to dress changing for kids. Hotel person asking pay rs. 200 for room charge extra for 05mints. When we stay in hotel only 02hrs. Our check in 6am and check out 7. 45am.

Location is excellent, however building is too old and very bad maintenance. Rooms were pretty bad and i don't recommend this hotel to family or to bachelor's.

Room is stinking and not well maintained. Door bolts are not sturdy. Location of the hotel is good though.

The lodge has filthy house keeping, poor and uncooperative person at the reception. Water availability including drinking water was poor. No towel or soap made available. Tv has minimum chanels. Bedsheets were dirty etc.

The rooms were terrible. Half of the light fittings weren't working. The bathroom had a stingy smell to it. The tap water was filthy & almost made me vomit. Extremely disappointed. I'd specifically asked for & paid for an extra bed but all we got was a bedsheet. Recommended only if you're staying for a very short duration like us (5 hours) and want to save money.

The entry was terrible the stairs approach, reception room and person were horrible, unclean, unkempt. The room was a place if mes n dungeon mist uncle. The beds n linen were soiled n stains of etc were on it. The room was shabby with cobwebs. All in all within 5 minutes of entry we moved out n didn't make entry in hotel reception. We scouted n got a decent hotel shiva parvati.

Good for prize and location point of view

Room was not clean. It is good for one person but we can't stay with family. As compare to money it is good for one and and short stay.

Bed service, bedroom not good, very dirty bathroom, behavior not good. Now i stopped booking with make my trip.

There is no cleanness....very dirty.. required mainetenance.

It's value for money destination near the railway station, though approach to property is-not visible, cleanliness was maintained, toilets were clean, with ample water and electricity supply with clean bedsheets and mattress. I had shrort stay of six hours, i faced only problem of check-in as i did it very late, so better call the property to inform late check in

In the heart of the city food is available at a stone throw distance.
