No cleaning/ even they not give any facilities as they ment in booking process. Don't suggest it to anyone in future . Even though they provide drinking water it was without an expiry date.

Terrible hotel stay. Dirty room, unbearable bathroom, and extremely poor service. Highly disappointed and wouldn't recommend.

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was unclean, and the overall experience was subpar. Unfortunately, the bathroom conditions were particularly unpleasant. Due to the extreme dissatisfaction, i find it challenging to put my experience into words. Perhaps the hotel can use feedback like mine to improve their services. I have no photos of the hotel room.

Not a great facility, bathroom very dirty not cleaned, dark spots, tap broken, paid for breakfast however not ready to serve before required time, had to follow up for tea as well. Need a proper up keep of the rooms. Cat playing around in the corridor, bring the dirt from through away bins stinking the passages.

1. Vikrant is located on remote area, so can't reach properly at the location 2. This place is not cleaned properly, there were so many webs on walls and ceiling. 3. Bathroom windows are broken 4. Staffs are very polite and humble and helpful.

Its not at all worth as a mmt standard, no hygenine, towels were tornes, no tv working, rolms were not clean, previously stayed persons drinks were still there, no locks in bathroom, taps were broken

The property is not suitable even to pass the stools ! there is no current ! no food services even though u have taken the order for food ! such a bad experience with mm t ! i am sorry. I won't continue with your app ! i will uninstall now and also ensure that all my contacts to do so!

Hotel staff courteous and cooperative. They aptly organised my early check in. Thanks to mr lakhan yadav, who assured of this. Facilities are just average. Major concern is no hot water despite of peak winter season. Charging for drinking water even for a single bottle. Hotel under renovation. Advantage is 700 mtrs from bus stand and 1. 4 kms from railway station. Ample conveyance is available and hence well connected to these two areas. Hotels for dining are available abundantly within 500mtrs. A budget friendly and may be good after completion of renovation.

Most unhygienic condition. Lack of cleanliness. No hot water in spite of complaining several times. Even counter staff is not well trained. Even after making full payment, received a call for not making payment. The only excuse given is that the hotel is under renovation. Damp walls, cable not working, dirty bedsheets & pillow covers. On all counts experience is the worst. . Rooms are in most unhygienic condition. Leakage in walls, dirty toilets & taps, soiled bedsheets & pillow covers. No hot water available. Even after making payments staff calls after check-out for pending payment which shows record is not maintained.

Room was really maintained badly. No proper cleanliness and the room was a mess. I don't recommend this hotel for stay. It's really unhygienic and pathetic.
