My experience was extremely poor. The cleanliness was lacking, the service was not on time, and the staff response was unsatisfactory. The overall experience did not meet my expectations at all.

Worst hotel. Not maintained well. Bathrooms are very dirty. Beds are not maintianed clean. Not all worth of money. Specially not good for family.

Terrible Stay
soloSugandh lodge. Most horrible. Reached@ 7am. No person @ desk. Came after 15 mnts. No room ready. No answer to any question. Persone gave mobile no of concern person. Mobile not got picked after several attempts. No water to drink. No light. Rest guest complain-ting about same horrrible experience

familyWorst hotel. Unable to locate the hotel in night. 5 cells are listed. Called all 4. No one picked up. Finally had to stay in another hotel. Total fraud hotel. Never ever stay here.

Horrible experience
Room is in shabby condition. Toilet condition is worst. No water bottles and toiletries are provided. Do not book this hotel.

Terrible Stay
Hotel is basically a rejected property as a lodge. Very pathetic experience like- rooms are dirty, walls are unclean, furniture is damaged and rejected, and the washroom was so unhygienic with poor water supply. No white light inside room. No drinking water. I have left the hotel so not able to share images.

Not a good place for family
The pictures are only for show and reality is very terrible i wanted to cancel that booking but it's not refunded-able and it's almost midnight we reach there. No one can give more than 800 rs for that room and we gave rs.

Excellent Stay
Hotel staff is very supportive. They provide me hot water at 1 o'clock night for bathing and also help for arrengement transport from solapur to tulajapur & akkalkot.

As the location is strange and the name is also different, and their charges are too high compared to their rooms and services.

Clean rooms and good for family
Hotel was pretty much clean, AC was not working in a room, so they changed our room. Good for family as a room have 5-bed capacity. Clean washroom and hot water is available. No complimentary water provided. You have to pay for water and breakfast.

We pre-booked our stay in Priyanka Residency from MMT, but our stay was not as good as previously booked hotels from MMT.
