it's neat and clean .. little old property under renovation but the non ac room has little to no ventilation.its claustrophobic to be honest... otherwise stuff behaviour is very good ..all in all good

Stuffs are humble & polite .Good big size room alloted.awesome service. Very clean room.fully satisfied

Cleanliness was pathetic and even for a bedsheet they asked for extra money. Moreover,When I requested if they could help me by cooling the water I had with me but they rather asked me for extraoney in this regards.

Very bad service, intentionally, they provide unrated rooms on the top floor.

It was small room single ac room.

We experienced well maintained sanjay hotel in such affordable price.

Staff behaviour & manager is good, location is also on front of the road. But hotel conditions not well, like shower is in very bad condition, tvs not working. Actually property is looking old & not maintained.

Hotel is located in one of the prime location but hotel staff did not know how to work for example i have to wait for 1 hour to get key for my room room was very poor did not have any ventilation was congested and was unclean

Hotel's room is very old style and not tv and other modern facilities. Bilkul bakwas hotel and hotel charge is very high.

Good place to stay it's is the place in purnea where you can stay but cost is high

Ppl at reception was uncordial, room didn't have western toilets. There was mosquitoes in the room
