Worst experience terrible services. Ac was not working landline was not functional room was very old fashioned themed

I will not say much, I found that the food price was written less in the menu and they charged me double and said that this is the old menu which is in the room, we have a new one and you will have to pay for that one.

Room and bed covers are very dirty . I am not sleeping well because all around mosquitos in the room. landline nmbr is dead. worst service and rooms seen first time in life

room was not up to the mark ,no tv is working ,no phone is working ,only staff is good in behaviour but delay in room service and the bucket provided is leaking water

They provided the room on third floor no lift facility here even the rooms are too dirty, no maintenance

Tv not working, water bittle bottle provided was open. Hygiene was poor. Room on 3rd floor no lift

Nice and comfortable hotal net and clean rooms staff are helpful food quality very good near by city market and railway station

Overpriced. But in the middle of the city, walking distance of 1 km from ISBT. No ventilation in room. Food and service good. Confirm menu card rates before ordering, we were charged extra saying that prices are to be updated in card.
