Additional Bed was not available and give damaged mattresses only for sleeping on Flour . Hotel was also under renovation and wash room condition was also poor.

Excellent hotel for family stay
This is my third stay with this hotel. Hotel Staff is very humble and cooperative. Mr. Mukesh Gurjar is really helped us in safari boarding passes and made sure our pickup from hotel. Ayush Sharma made taxi arrangements on single call with reasonable price. such cooperation really made of safari so enjoyable. Playing area was awesome where family spent lots of time together while playing cricket and Badminton. Food is too delicious.

Excellent Stay
I had a great experience here, stay was good and couple friendly. Food was nice and ambience is preety here, if you're with family you can enjoy a lot with your family using the swimming pool. It is the nearest point to enter Zone for ranthambore. Highly Recommended for peaceful stay and joyful stay

Poor Hospitatlity and Service
The stay was not good at all and u would never recommend to List this property. There was no complimentary water bottle provided in the room,washrooms were not clean and even after asking them the housekeeping staff was not respondent to the request.The kitchen had literally nothing even asking fortes was a task after 11:00 am . And my dissatisfaction grew so much that i didn’t even complete my stay and I exited a day early on Saturday from that resort ,so if possible u need a refund for one day which I did not spend in the hotel

Average Stay
Our experience was not as good as we expected as per given details or pics uploaded by the resort owner. The food was not as good as we expected. They told us they served veg food only. otherwise, the property location is good and peaceful.

Old is Gold
One of the most memorable trips ever and that includes the stay at Sanctuary resort. Good Things The quality of service was excellent, food was great, staff ultra efficient & super fast response, rooms in good clean shape, washrooms clean, bedsheets changed daily. Great Things The Manager in charge of affairs Mr Zulfiqar & his deputies Mr Mukesh were very hospitable, kind to different requests, always ready to help even in extreme conditions ( assisting my family in early hours for safari). Akshay Gurjar needs a special mention for his superman performance. He is the toiler in chief & should be rewarded. Overall a superb property for any kind of travellers. Also, they have a squeaky clean swimming pool which adds to the charm of the place. Lots of place for children to play different kind of sports. Highly underrated hotel I would say in context of current reviews around that area. I am gonna stay again in the property & would recommend it to all friends, family & colleagues. Finally, a big thank you to Mr Zulfiqar ji for upgrading my room free of cost which had a functional bathtub. My kids enjoyed a lot :) Best in Ranthambore

family with 2 kidsproperty is located on main road . reception staff is helpful. room are spacious with spacious bathroom. food was ok but limited option. staff is cooperative.

Very good hote
Very good service. Hotel is neat and clean. The view and location is very good and very near to ranthambore safari. Food is also very good with good catering services. Mr mukesh gurjar and zulfikar ji are very helpful

The place should be shut down
coupleA dirty place, poorly maintained, very low quality food and staff. Better avoid. The place is not worth wasting money upon. The bathroom was dirty, even during peak season, they don’t have staff to serve proper meals. Breakfast was given at 9. 30 am and no arrangement for even tea before that. The food quality is poor, there should be some authority checks on such places.

Food is not upto the mark even no camp fire facilities available for resort near santury resort hot water problem in bathroom. You can't find alchohol drink place.

Compare to price it was a average stay. Required update in cleanliness. Room dine is only possible if we ordered less otherwise we have to go to their restaurant. Washroom was also average. Swimming pool was nice but children can't access that alone.
