Review Of Hotel Samrat

We occupied 3 rooms but there was no water in the bathroom and toilet, in one room no western type wc and in the 3 rd room the mattress was broken. Can not take sleep. Overall experience was very bad and sad

The location is convenient from the Lucknow railway Station. The Hotel is safe and secured but the area is congested. The staff behaviour was not good. The room was not comfortable and the washroom was not so clean. The room has lack of light. The tv was not working. They didn't even change the bedsheet. I will not recommend this property to others.

There bedroom and the washroom was not clean. The room service was very slow. They didn't change the bedsheet but when I called them up they changed it. The location was not good. Toiletries like soap, shampoo etc. were not provided. The staff behavior was not good. I will not recommend this property to others. The property is not value for the money I paid.

Food was good, nice people, service was also very good

Good environment and working area. Helpful for easy transportation.
