In sai palace rules section they are allowed couples but at the time of check in they are saying only in day time. This is not in the rules mentioned. And asked to cancel the booking. Please call me

Terrible Stay

The room was unclean had spider webs. Bathroom was dirty. Bed sheet was old and blanket was torn. Would not pay more for this room. Photos are misleading. Secondary treatment for booking. He said the other rooms were sold out when they were not.
