Review Of Hotel Sagnik

Overall good stay - probably there were less number of staff after Diwali. The staff were helpful, but only after we asked to be served - on most occasions - even for availing basic amenities or extending courtesy. Maybe it is the place and the people there, but felt most of the personnel need to know more regarding providing better customer services (slight tendency to serve the local people there more was visible). Room was in good working condition, but our bathroom commode required repairing for the same reason on the 2 consecutive days we stayed there - causing discomfort. For TV, there is a standard practice to provide minimal local channels or not recharging the channels plan by many hotels - no exceptions here as well. One star solely for providing Mr Chottu (Toto person) who ferried us right from the time we landed there till we headed back home. He was simply great and polite to the T and conveyed us for sightseeing with absolute care. Food at the restaurant was very good, but a bit higher on the amount of oil used.

This Hotel is absolutely amazing.They are giving excellent service and hospitality.Specially their restaurants food is very tasty and the price is reasonable.Also the staff of the hotel and restaurant is awesome.I will recommend it everyone.If you visit Murshidabad please don’t miss to stay in this hotel.Location and the behaviour of the staffs and the service is 5 out of 5.

Stay for 1 days 2nd august, 25 with family (2 persons. Good quality of food and reasonable price at the restaurant attached with this hotel. Room service & free wi-fi available. They have a lift facility in good condition, they provide toiletries in the bathroom and have proper housekeeping at any time whenever we call them. Bhagirathi river just behind this hotel. The behavior of the staff and the manager were very nice. Tuktuk gaffar provided by the hotel manager for all local sightseeing. I highly recommended sagnik hotel for staying at murshidabad town.

Every thing is good. Nearby place to Hazardwari. As I am a business traveller, I am unable to say anything about day service. but overall is okay.

Manager was very rude. Restaurant staffs were also careless. They served salad to guests who came before and after us. But when we requested, they said there is no salad. There were other items being served to other guests but when we asked, they bluntly said its not there. Not sure what was there agenda. The lift's gate does not lock automatically. When we returned to hotel after full day visit in murshidabad, the manager asked me to go to 2nd floor and close the door. Not sure how are they treating other guests.

Hotel manager and hotel proprietors are very impolite & they try to snatch money anyhow, room service is very very slow, good quality is not at all good, rooms are unclean, didn't change bed sheet,

The hotel is good but the deal as settled with mm t during booking is much more than the actual rate.

Too much cold air coming from window but window is closed with curtain till gap is there need provide portable heater provide winter time blanket does not have cover so you can not wash blanket when your guest left for new traveler you are giving same blanket no cover so i take my own blanket from my home for travel purpose very unhygienic

The staff were polite. Generally, helpful but the response times were slow as the number of guests in the hotel seemed to be more than usual when we visited. Food was good. So were the room furnishings. Would bot hesitate to stay here again.

Considering the abysmal standards of murshidabad in general, i'd say the hotel was actually nice. The rooms were tidy, the geyser functional and the toilet tidy-ish. Perfect for a single night.

I stayed there from 1st to 4th des'23 and experienced a very good service from management and staff.

I am really very much pleased regarding everything such as the behaviour of the staff, the food quality and the services of the staff. In fact everything is excellent in all respects.

Good atmosphere and food. Polite staff. Washrooms need a bit upgrading. Overall good stay
