Review Of HOTEL SAGAR VILLA

Hotel refuse to give vendor invoice .i want vendor get invoice , rest other services are ok

The experience was not good, staff was very rude and the service wasn't good at all

hotel was neat and clear with decent washroom…will recommend this at this price.

It was a night stay with my family. Booked two rooms. Though the rooms are spacious, the linen is not clean. The bathroom showers didn't work. There was no one at reception or call for support in the morning. Not a very nice place with a family stay.

Overall a good experience in sagar villa karnal.

All the facilities listed on the app are not available at the hotel. For food too, there was a separate tie-up with some outside restaurant (though it's food was fine) and we couldn't get breakfast till 10 am because of the same reason. Since the staff was new so they weren't trained properly to attend to the issues of guests.

No telephone inside working, no heater was provided as it was mentioned while making booking

The location is good and the room was really fantastic! enjoyed the stay. Overall ambiance was great!

Size and interior of room is wonderful, safe parking, owner of hotel is most active & careful person sent location in minutes
