Hotel is new and good but hospitality and customet service is totally absent except the restaurant. Their restaurant behavior and food is very good and resonable. Accomodation price shoul be within 2000/- per night , which should be considered if possible

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is great and very convenient. The rooms were neat, clean, and well-maintained, with a pleasant view that made the stay even more relaxing. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, a great experience and definitely worth recommending!

The stay was good. As I was travelling with parents so having an elevator in building was very helpful. The room was big enough for 4 adults. The washroom was neat and clean. The food was good and affordable too. Just one request, the Riverview rooms should have little bit clearer view of the River. Thank you🙏

This hotel is decent to high quality depending upon your choice of rooms. We did not try the breakfast offered - which was complimentary. They have a good Indian menu. Distance from the main gate of Chandrodoy mandir is around 1 km- at night we felt a bit tired to return. The toto vehicles will take 10 Rs to take you there per head. The staffs were polite and helpful. My transport was confirmed at night but there was some confusion in the morning - the alternate arrangement was very nicely done though and that is commendable. The room and interiors were very good. The bed was neither too soft nor hard- perfect for us. We had a sofa, table , 2 complimentary water bottles, wardrobes. We did not start the Tv- AC & fan were helpful. We didn't have any views. The bathroom was adequate with complimentary shampoos and soaps in dispensers. Heater was quite good. The building seemed to be newly being constructed - we really needed the lift - I could see that the shaft of the elevator is being arranged. Overall I was happy to stay here.

Location of the hotel is on the main road of iskon , communication and facilities are excellent...hospitality and cleanliness of the hotel is fabulous.
