Poor hygiene of Bed. No toiletry kit providedz on check in. Nothing is International except the name..need to more hygienic and more qualitative.

The worst you can expect in business tour, assured by Biz.. False amenities mentioned(gym), dirty rooms and washroom, dirty bedsheet, breakfast served in newpaper

Hotel room was not prepared in spite we had reached Late. The reception manager was not knowledgeable & competitive .He could not manage the TV cable setup.No remote for AC provided.No breakfast provided in the morning.

Room is normal ordinary, but it's little over priced. They don't have breakfast arrangement in hotel, they are arranging from outside. It's okay for one night stay.

Mattress is very hard; i not even sleep over night. Staff are not helpful and not professional. Cockroaches were on bed and around the room. Toilet flush was not working, and bathroom is joined with another room bathroom which was very embarrassing. Linen was not clean.
