The location is 500 mtr from lonar lake entrance this is the only proper hotel in the vicinity of the lake and has car parking and suitable for a day stay, frequent power cuts and due to this ac not working consistently there was no hot water kettle provided neither any tea coffee pouch, even the towel provided was smelly, apart from this dental kit and soap and shampoo provided one needs to have food on the terrace, overall i would give it 3 stars

Good hotel to stay in. Food is also good. Tv was not working. Not so hot water for bathing. Also digital door key was not working, so had to call receptionist every-time we had to enter the room.

Had a worst experience ever in this hotel, no hot water and they charged me extra for using towel saying that for dry cleaning and towel was provided by them without informing the charges, ac was not good enough had to sleep with fan on even though paying for ac room. Overall i would give zero stars for no clear instructions

Very helpful and freindly staff, food ok, asked for an ashtray so we could smoke a cigarette on the open rooftop restaurant while we waited for our food. The staff member directed us to a unused corner which we went to, soon after the manager was over saying no smoking its a family restaurant,We were suprised as theyre was several smokey firepits lit on the roof top so does not make sense as just sitting at the table wood fire smoke was blowingDuring our meal he stood near us watching us as we ate making us uncomfortable.Hot water was only available for a few hours in the morning and we were also charged 125 inr for use of a towel !

familyThe room was average (could have been more clean, and the food was good. Do not expect any help or information from the reception guy, he simply says "pata nahi. Hot water is available at 7am only, it gets over before 8am even though the official timing is 10 am ) you need to ask for toiletries, not provide in the room by default.

Nice place to stay but can definitely be better. It's mattress was such that once you collapsed it was difficult to turn sides. Complimentary breakfast was probably the best that it could have been. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff is courteous. Complaints were immediately attended and redressed. Would definitely like to visit again but with a request for a little harder mattress.

familyAt first we were denied entry even though we had booked through make my trip and then we showed the booking ticket they gave us a reason that due to some personal party the rooms can be available only if pay them extra. We had to call the make my trip customer care number to check in as the staff was too arrogant. It was one of the worst experiences of my life.

I had call neha todkar madam of make my trip and inform them all about that i had program and all my rooms are booked as for my family and also said to showed all rooms are booked on make my trip. I had messages this on 4th dc only, but i don't know whether neha mam do it or not, so customer faced inconvenience and also payment was not forwarded to us even, also we had given them room after removing our members, and also not ask a single world about extra payment, though payment isn't the great issue but as it was booked for family, customer faced inconvenience.
