The room was nice. All lights and electronics such as TV, AC and Geyser fully functional. Just the toilet seat was not up to the mark. Not even average. It had brown stains and flush was also not working sometimes

Terrible Stay

The hotel was dirtiest one I ever seen.linen was not washed since long and room was not clean. Even the bathroom was not clean and stinking. Such an unhygienic experience I checked in and immediately rushed out of the hotel with in 5 mins. Did not feel like sitting on the bed . No one of the hotel staffs (only 1 was present) including the reception did not show willingness to address the issue and ignored my concern. So I returned back without asking the refund also and informed MAKEMYTRIP helpline. Very awful experience

The Location of the Property is Good as just in front of Railway Station. Also the Staff behaviour is also good however overall service experience is not good. No reception extension number available. Need to ask for daily Water and Towel. Not having an internal restaurant the breakfast has been served from an outside outlet. don't serve the proper cutlery

Cleanliness issues: Rooms, toilets are not clean, bed sheets and towels are dirty. No proper services tea is also arranged from out that too only when there are service boys available. Not a place for family and for longer stays

We checked in little late in the night. There was no room service, washrooms were terrible. I requested the night duty person to get them clean to which he responded it is not my responsibility. Toilet seat had urine spots. As we didn’t have any options. I cleared the washroom myself with an extra tooth brush, sanitizer etc. They didn’t provide any support. Worst stay, very disappointed. Non co-operative staff
