AC was not working, Changed the room but that room didn't had proper network. Water was not provided in the Changed room. Upon complaining next morning Person in the reception was arguing.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Rudra Regency, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel truly sets a benchmark in terms of hospitality, cleanliness, and comfort. Right from the moment I entered, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, who ensured that every aspect of my stay was smooth and pleasant. One of the biggest highlights of my stay was the incredible service and professionalism of the staff, particularly Mr. Abhishek Tiwari. His courteous behavior, prompt assistance, and genuine concern for guest satisfaction really stood out. He went above and beyond to make sure that I felt comfortable and well taken care of. In today’s time, where good service is often hard to find, Abhishek’s dedication and polite nature truly make him an asset to the hotel. Another major positive was the food quality. The meals served at the hotel were absolutely delicious, fresh, and well-prepared. Every dish reflected great attention to taste and hygiene. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, the flavors were excellent and satisfying. Overall, Hotel Rudra Regency is a perfect blend of comfort, great food, and exceptional hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. A big thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable – especially to Abhishek Tiwari for his outstanding service. बहुत ही अच्छा होटल है मोतिहारी में मेरा पहला विजिट था वहा एक्सपीरियंस रेस्पोंसृ मिला /रिसेप्शन पे मैनेजर सोनू और कृति था लोग जो की बहुत ही रेस्पोंसिबल है लोग किसी चीज़ का दिकत नहीं हुआ पहले हम् RC VATIKA और RAMSAN में रुकते थे लेकिन यहाँ का रेस्टोरेंट और सर्विस बहुत ही अच्छा रहा लोकेशन के हिसाब से बहुत ही सांति एरिया में है
