Review Of Hotel Royal Residence

The Amenities are worst at this hotel. It’s a oyo hotel where you get 0 amenities. The bed is as well broken and basic amenities like mineral water bottle, proper toiletries are not even provided

Kept calling to make early check-in request. No one answers the call. And then asked to wait till 8. 30 and then given another hotel room with 300 rs extra paymen

overall experience is good , hotel room are clean and clear . hotel is good . also caretaker service is good.

New property well maintained by hotel management, and all necessary facilities are available in room as business traveller

. They don't clean rooms until we told themno soap in the bathroomno brush and toothpaste therenot providing water unless ask to them

The resides in quite a peace place to stay. The staffs were pretty friendly. It would be much better if the receptionist knew english and hindi a little because i m also trying to learn local language 'kannada. Apart from this, lifts were available all day long and the room was quite clean. But, the bed needs an improvement. The washroom was okay to use. Plates, spoons and cups were available to enjoy my meal.

Location is good, no complimentary water big thing is that even the rooms were looks clean but there are small insects they bites me whole night due to which itching all night and unable to complete my sleep.

Bed very soft and uncomfortable linen quality was poor and worn out broken jet spray in bathroom. No action taken on the complaint. Room is not cleaned daily the reception area was under repair and untidy

The room was very smelly and no hygiene was maintained together with that the mattress were of very bad quality. Someone sleeping on it will definitely have a back pain

Bedsheets and towel looks like used one with dirt mark on them, I can sense dirt on floor not clean

The rooms aren’t maintained at all. It was stinky. Although the stall was amazing and claimed to have maintained the hygiene, didn’t seem like it. It wasn’t a hotel at all and not a royal residence in that. More like a stay for low budget if you don’t care about hygiene.

Its a very convenient location and the staff were frndly. And great privacy

They don't maintain hygiene. The kitchen was also dirty. The room in which I have stayed was spacious but it was very small. The staffs are courteous. The washroom was fine. The area around the hotel is peaceful and safe as it is in the residential area. I might recommend this property to others. It was a good, comfortable stay, all I can say.
