Review Of Hotel Royal Plaza

it's nice and pleasant to stay with all basic Amities excluding only tv not working due to subscription expired. Tea/coffee not provided in room which is also part of basic amenities. rest all good more than expected.

The hotel is in the worst condition. They have put pictures in the Google map . Those pics were from decades back possible when it was built. The rooms spelt horrible. AC was partially working. The toilets and beds were very dirty. The behaviour of the staff was also very bad. We somehow spent the night there and left as soon as possible.

Staff is good. Rooms are clean and tidy. Food quality is very good. Room service best...............

Starting from the day1, treatment to a customer is bad. Allotted a selected bad room with continuous dampness on floor when enquired responded water spilled when cleaning. But it not got dry till checked out on the third day. The windows in the toilet was cleaned for months i believe. See in the photo. Not bothered to replace the damaged swithches, it is tong-ling as it is. May be allowed for how money days like this i dont know. Customer was served with 500ml used drinking water bottle filled by them. I raised the complaint about this in the morning and left for official work informing the reception to change with the new water bottle. When reached in the night, the same bottle was there. Again after pointing out the condition it got changed. On the next day, i reminded in the morning to keep the drinking water bottle. Informed as when housekeeping is completed this will be changed. Tilol evening it was not done.

Nice place nice decoration nice interior. Commission communication with person good at a time. Good service provided by hotel management team

The wifi and hot water worked but the room was pretty dumpy. Toilet and shower leaked all night and the hallway was loud even at 2am. Oh and some hungry mosquitoes bit us all night.

Warora is small town but i see hotel royal plaza maintains room very well. Very cost effective rooms. Very good room service. Easy check in and out. Helped me to get auto at low cost to go required destination

Royal plaza was a good staying place. As ever seen.

Don’t stay their. Behaviour like criminal for couples

Good stay and good restaurant, rooms are congested

Hotel is located very near to highway that is the only advantage. Only book if there is urgency and there is no other option.
