The Hotel was unhygienic. The room was okay but infrastructure was poor and ventilation issue was there. Hotel location was good and convenient near the railway Station. Food facility was not available.

Needs improvement on customer service

The room was average. They provide soap, towel and drinking water on demand. The washroom was quite good. The Hotel was neat and clean, location was good on main Road. Staff behavior was excellent.

Rooms not clean and services slow and poor. No arrangements for tea and coffee in room. MMT not paid money leading to delays in checking out. W heave still Not got confirmation from MMT about the payments. Need lot of improvements in services
