The overall experience was amazing...the hotel, located conveniently near the main road and railway station was easily reachable. Parking was spacious and checkin process was incredibly smooth. The staff are very customer centric, and provided immediate service if we needed anything. The clean rooms made for a pleasant stay. Morning breakfast served complementary was wholesome - both taste and quality. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable, super stay in Wardha.

What truly makes it special is the incredibly warm and lovely family who runs the place – they genuinely make you feel like part of their own. Location:- The hotel is near about railway station and bus stand, easily to reach hotel by auto from bus stand, walkable distance from railway station. Food:- No restaurant the hotel. Only complementary break fast available in hotel , tasty was really very good. amenities & services:-Nice room, Good bed and nice ventilation , all the staff are very good behivarior with customers.

It is very near to railway station. Very convenient. Hotel staff is extremely polite and helpful. They approved our request and helped whatever we needed and made our stay comfortable. They provided breakfast on check in day as we reached that time with no extra charges. Tea coffee waterbottle unlimited. It was awesome experience staying at UTSAV. we strongly recommend it

We reached the hotel early before the check-in timing the manager was kind enough to allow early check-in without extra charges and also offered breakfast on check-in. The room allotted was 101 on first floor. The room was clean but on experience it looked like some maintenance was needed. Some lights were not working, the bathroom had a broken soap case, the set top box was hanging shabby ac remote and had worn out batteries. But overall the stay was good for the price considering the city. Location of the hotel is also prominent.
