The washroom was dirty and staffs were not so cooperative.

A very dirty room and stairs case, the bathroom is not clean it's very dirty. Mmt should ban this hotel

The image of the hotel was wrong. The room was not maintained, the room and bathroom were dirty and there was no room service. It was a very bad experience.

In the morning i checked in at 6. 30 am and they allotted me room no. 105 but there was no fan in the room and the room was very dirty with foul smell even the bedsheet and pillow cover were very dirty though i got refresh and after 1 hr went to my work site, when i returned back in the evening to they had already allotted the room to some one else and i didnt even provided space for getting refresh. I had to pass to time on sitting near reception till 8. 55 pm and in the mean time there was load-shading for almost 1 hr. At last i returned from that nasty place. I want my money to be refunded.

I foul smell in the room, bed sheets were not clean, tap was leaking with water all night. All 3 rooms shown to me were in same condition. Hotel location was hard to find. Same hotel had 2 names - hotel royal india and royal city palace

Staying at royal india hotel was a horrible experience, so much dirty hotel i first ever seen. Even wash room & toilet in so pitiable condition. I wouldn't like to stay in this hotel in future.

The hotel is just like a brothel. It misrepresented it's identity on mmt. There is no such hotel of royal indian. It exists with a different name. Despite my booking, the hotel authority didn't honor the reservation through mm t and asked me to find some other hotel. They even didn't offer me refund. At midnight, when i had no option to go anywhere, i asked them to arrange me a one night stay. They sent me to a dormitory which was top on the roof. No fan, no light but mosquitoes all around. I couldn't be there for even two hours and exited. Mm t must immediately duelist such fraudsters from its list. This hotel can never be and must not be recommended to anyone.
