The rooms were very dirty, also it was not safe for kids, charges were very high compared to the condition of this hotel, no water for drinking no staff for support, worst experience I had ever.

Very poor management and service no maintenance no room cleaning and very bad matrix and bed sheet poor condition room no cleaning experience very bad show and very poor condition bathroom next time no stay anything longe

Higiene not maintained. Clothes very bad smelled. Bathroom flash is off. Room service issue rate is high

I have booking for 2 day. I checked in at 2:30 and check out at 6:30. Room floor condition was very dirty. No parking, i have been asked to park in jila parishad where i have to pay extra for parking. No cancelation was given. The was not returned. Not even partially. Very bad experience.

It is a lodge only with poor facilities. No wardrobe in so called deluxe room. Broken tiles, no place to hang clothes in bathroom and not a mirror on the wash basin.

Worst room. Balcony filled with tobacco spit with red. Indian toilet given. Bedsheets are not washed. We used our own.

But not good for family trip or accomodation

We stayed for one night very baad hotel pillow bed very bad too many mosquito no all out available there we couldn't sleep well no ventilation very bad experience i suggest to all don't stay even with family

Free parking at the hotel only from 21 h plus I had to get up at midnight to move my car!

Unsatisfied, service. Market place is near but service was poor

No cleaning. No light, no power back up. Even no hot water. No geyser. Even no tea arrangement. As hotel starts from first floor but no one is there to pick up luggage even up to first floor, very dirty linen, no water for drinking, Tv not working, bathroom very small flush not working, foul smell, mosquito bites. MMT getting bad name. Send someone to see the facilities before enrolling these hotels. Next time we and all my friends and families decided not to book through MMT. Do needful immediately. Treat it as SOS.
