Hotel was permanent closed and i suffer very much because my wife was with me. So i have to make alternative options by making call

No cleaning no tea no water no bedsheet bad talking behaviour taken extra charges 1500 for friend cam for two hours

Rooms are very small foods quality is very bad staff not cooperative very bad services waste of money

Pros: the room was clean, good ac n comfy bed cons: the lift didn't work and we had to walk up floors with bags and a baby. There was no hot water in the bathroom which was the terrible, because it is rainy season and the water was very cold

The property is located at outskirts of uran and has an open and stinking gutter right in front of the entrance. The rooms are dimly lit and guests have to manage toiletries on their own. Bathrooms are equally unhygienic and seems that they have not been cleaned for months. Please do not book this hotel!

Hotel was good but location was not comfortable. Hotel was far from main City. The room was good but service was not available.
