Review Of Hotel Rajendra Palace

I had a very good experience staying in this hotel. For the first time I went to madhepura and the hospitality provided by the staff was amazing. The owner of this property himself was very kind and polite I arrived late at night and he guided me very calmly. I'm specially mentioning Arun Babu staff of this property he's a gem of a person Arun Babu you owe my heart if you are reading this I'm the same guy for whom you managed breakfast in the haste.

The hotel was below average to the expectation. The room was looking like a store room and the dusty surface can feel your unpleasant stay. Lack of manpower and services also are the main concern.. Although the staff's behaviour was good and helpful, it does not fulfill the customers requirement due to lacking resources.

Dinner and breakfast not available and charged much more than the standard of hotel. It cost me more than rs 4000- to book an ac deluxe room including breakfast but there was no breakfast available.

The stay was the most pathetic as it can be. The room was seeping and it was raining inside the room. The staff was not that good and they did not provide me any breakfast and when I asked they said that they don't have breakfast facilities.
