Washbasin is in the room. The toilet tap was not working. Room cleaning was not satisfactory.

Not worth it, service was very very poor, toilet was not clean. Not seen such bad service in my entire life.

No exaggeration, no fancy light, no dressed but but yet every thing is ok. Prompt service, courteous staff, and anything that is required to keep you happy when you are away from home

In general our stay was ok. The hotel was clean, the sheets were very clean, there was a cleaning service every day if requested. Some things were dirty (curtains, windows, dusty floor, could be freshened up. The stuff was super nice and helpful. We only drank tea and had some sweets, both very good quality. There were a lot of mosquitos, so be careful.

Location is fine, property is decent, the whole problem is with maintaining it. Lots of issues with fittings & fixtures, hygiene not up to the mark, nooks & cranie craving for attention of cleaners.

Room was not clean. Walls are having dirty marks. They have only a 5-liter geyser in the bathroom which is insufficient. Their utensils were very dirty. The flask for serving tea was terribly dirty. Their bedsheets were dirty and torn.

I have stayed with my friend last night. When I order something, they were come to me after 30 minute. second is the service quality. The service quality was very poor. There is no professionalism in staff and they had talked to rudely and totally unprofessional. One of my suggestion is that if you associate with someone, please give some corporate or hotel training ao that they can talk to their customer in a manner and behave good with them. Thanks.

It was excellent destination with ample snorkeling location and food. The water bungalow was excellent. Please take full boarding option so that you will enjoy their lots of food option. The island is beautiful and you have to go via flyme flight which is operated by villa air and you have to pay extra as environment tax separately for each day each guest.

One of the best hotel in Madhubani. Small room not much facilities. Good staff and service. Overall ok stay for short trip.

Its a good hotel in the price range, they provide it is good hotel according to such semi urban location, staff are also co-operative.
