The room was not upto mark....poor management by staff....room service was also not good....the parking was in backyard...very much tight parking space was there......

Only room is Good.. rest all is bad.. like no room service.. no hand wash. No shampoo.no soap, Break fast charged is high.. provide only 4puri and vice table.. also not proved deener

Sumit kumar staffi in hotel for reception counter in the night service very poor, He deliberately cuts of the electricity lines of the AC & Room and speaks rudely to customers. 🙏

Overall good Cleanliness could have been better Food was best but service delay was major pain point

It was a very bad experience, The AC was not working I complained many times but not anyone fixed it. i was not sleeping the whole night

My Stay at Hotel Jalsha was fantastic.Room was clean spacious with a comfortable bed.Bathroom was spotless.And food was fresh and delicious

Hotel is not providing facilities like food and breakfast as per mention during booking. Due to that i lost all booking amount. Kindly look into matter and ensure my amount of food.

Best hotel in madhubani, all staff behaviour are good. Personal parking also available for you vehicle parking, food is also good

The jalsha hotel is worth of money. Staffs are very good and their response is excellent. Food are very good with reasonable rate.

Hotel jalsha near to reliance trends in madhubani city is excellent stay. The group offers are fantastic and bu-get friendly. The staff is warm and welcoming, creating good vibes all around. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

It's the worst hotel, that i have ever stayed, they close ac after some time, even staff behaviour is worst

Supportive but not active staf. Not provided sleeper and towel. Everything is ok ok.

Room was costly, yet comfortable. Food needs improvement rate chart of mmt/ hotel differs. Mm t should look into it
