Hotel was decent staff behaviour was not upto the mark not cooperative

Excellent stay. The rooms were big and clean. The service was amazing.

The rooms are clean, but the staff could be trained more about service requirements. Food is bad

What i liked: great approach and parking facilities rooms were thoughtfully kitted out and very comfortable ever helpful staff great food options within what i didn't like my room had a defective key card reader and never unlocked during my stay (requiring staff key each time) nothing else besides this

The best option available at osmanabad, others are not better than this

Rooms were good. Ambience good. Veggie thali was good but breakfast was awful with a very bad service from totally untrained waiters.
