The bathroom was terrible. I think they are never cleaned. Blankets were stinking. Forget about the mopping, rooms were not even broomed properly. worst stay of my life

Dear Sir we have already inform you that we don't have a kitchen in our premises. You eaten two plate poha that we ordered from near hotel. Sad to hear that after eating breakfast you are saying that attention and attraction company provide breakfast package. Sir it's my humble request after using all hotel amenities,late check out, smoked in reception premises pls don't give a negative rating. Thanking you.

businessI went for business trip. Hotel is very unhygienic, arrogant staff. There was no soup and towel, no internet. No food.

Dear Sir Thank you for your valuable feedback. You stayed in Room no 103, in that room we already kept hotel toiletries kit and towel. Every thing It's my humble request to you please don't give negative service feedback. After taking all the services in property. We don't provide food in hotel you both are aware about of this.

Poor Stay

1) no one attend at the time of arrival. We have to wait for 15 min for room keys and details. 2) amount paid was inclusive of breakfast. Hotel doesn't have breakfast. Even paid breakfast. 3) careless about customer. Make my trip should return additional amount taken against breakfast.

Basic hotel stay, with basic amenities, mr sankat helped a lot. Needs to improve in sanity. For single day stay, it’s ok place

No proper response

It was a terrible stay. We was 9 members st-eyed in this hotel. There is lift but it is not working. This will not suite for family.

Greetings Anil Sir It's my Humble request to you please don't give a negative comments after using all of the amenities in hotel property. At the time of check in i.e. around 1 Am you were reached 3rd floor by lift. Also In Check out time Morning 8 am you and your all guest gone to ground floor with the help of lift . Thanks
