I booked a premium room, expecting a comfortable and well-maintained space, but it was far from it. The walls were damp, switches were broken, and basic amenities like toiletries were missing. To make things worse, the towels provided were dirty, which was quite off-putting.
The swimming pool timing was another major letdown. It was scheduled for cleaning between 8 to 9 AM, which is typically the peak time when guests would want to use it. This poor planning made it almost impossible to enjoy the facility.
Breakfast service was another disappointment. The staff was slow, and it took an unreasonably long time to get our food. For a hotel that claims to offer premium services, this was not up to the mark.
Overall, the experience did not justify the price paid. Would not recommend unless significant improvements are made.
