Terrible Stay
very bad experience.this hotel is overpriced and lack of basic amenities.Rooms were too small and bathroom were smelly and so dirty.bathraoom tap was also damaged and not working.

Breakfast lunch dinner is very very good rooms also good but minor things is there like bed bathrooms tap etc minor things not big but your hotel is beautiful and good service

Dated infra and below average services
Not very hygienic rooms. Very old property which is not maintained at accepted levels. Bathrooms had leakage and foul smell.

"I had good experience at this hotel. The staff were polite and provided good service throughout my visit. The buffet breakfast and food was delicious. The rooms and overall property were kept clean and well-maintained. The location is also very convenient, nearby (not far) to the temple add more comfort for Ujjain visit.

Terrible Stay
Horrible .. wash room was stinking with back water and entire room is stinking and even can not breath for a second in room .. complaint so many times with hotel staff and General manager and even with MMT but no solution provided. After so much hitted discussion with the hotel GM and finally able to change the room.. worst even say horrible experience.. do not stay at this hotel for even a second also

Not well maintained rooms.. reception staff is also not much cooperative
familywashroom were not cleaned.. rooms interiors was not well maintained.. washroom door was not getting locked, carpenter did some workaround to solve the problem...
