Bad experience during checkout

location of the property is good with good scenic parks around the property. We booked a Premier Twin Room with 2 guests for 2 nights. During the check out we had a bitter experience. Being a 5 star , the front desk/reception is not allowed to provide Invoices of Hotel stay. They told us to download from MMT from where we booked our stay.

Highly Disappointed: Misleading Menu, Missing Items, and Dismissive Service

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I ordered both breakfast and dinner, and on both occasions, items were missing from my order. When I raised the issue, I was told that those items were “optional,” even though the menu clearly indicated which items were optional and which were included. Not only was this misleading, but the portion sizes were also far below expectations. As a paying guest, I expect honesty, consistency, and respect for what is advertised. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with the impression that the hotel is not transparent in its service, which is highly unprofessional. I had chosen this place expecting a comfortable and hassle-free stay, but repeated issues with meals and the dismissive response from the staff made it extremely disappointing. Definitely not the standard I would expect from a reputed hotel.

I have booked room The property mentioned sky view room but there is no view only the wall also they are not answering the call from morning 7.30 i call them for To give orders my Breakfast and Water bottle ti 8.30 AM but no reply I check out 8.30 am without having breakfast and drinks water because i have a flight on 10 am This is terrible Service i didn't not see any of hotel

Though it is a five-star hotel, the property does not meet the expected standards. Perhaps due to low occupancy, the rooms have an odd smell. The restaurants are average, and despite repeated requests, the restaurant team failed to serve less-spicy food while I was traveling with foreign nationals.

Poor Stay

Everything was good but due to some reasons which was totally unintentionally little beat of strain got on the bed sheet and cushion cover which can be removed by washing or if they buy from market hardly it will cost 2000/-. Than for this purpose they charged - which was one type . Ok it was our mistake though we have not done intentionally than also they can charge us 2000/- or 3000/- which was quite relevant but this was seriously wrong thing.

Hi,i booked one room for my parents.They had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment they arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The room exceeded all expectations — it was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the view from the window was simply stunning.They appreciated the little touches like complimentary tea and coffee, a well-stocked minibar, and excellent toiletries in the bathroom. Housekeeping did a fantastic job maintaining the room daily. Overall, it was a five-star experience, and they would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay. Very beautiful experience.. This is my second stay in this property and like previous time also they have warmly welcomed us. Room is very well decorated well lit. Services were very good, breakfast buffet was nice. You will get all the cuisines of your choice. In room dining experience was also good. I was travelling with my 7months old baby. They have given utmost care so that we don’t feel any difficulty during our stay with our baby. Over all a wonderful stay.
