Everything was sub standard

The room is good but the service is not good.

Excellent room and customer service, It's been a remarkable stay, food is hygienic and property location is in the heart of the town

This property is located in an ideal location and the property is ok as per the type of town. The important suggestions to the management: 1. change the bed sheets and covers after every guest is checked out. 2. Mosquitoes were in the room whole night even when I put on the repellent. I had to keep the lights On whole night to stay safe. 3. Cordial hospitality seemed to be missing right from the time of check-in. 4. Professional approach is required to run this hotel.

The room service was really poor. Wifi issues for 3 days of my stay. The restaurant was unattended. Food choice was only 2. Food wasn't served in the room and it didn't arrive on time even in the restaurant. False Additional charges were incurred.

Extremely high food rates with below average quality. 90 percent of the menu is not even there. Really long wait for food too. Asked for a glass and was given a plastic glass which was without a doubt not clean. Cleanliness is ok. I WOULD BE HAPPY IF IT WAS HALF THE PRICE.

Overall experiences have been good. Breakfast is chargeable and room rates also high ? whereas other hotels in the same vicinity with more or less same services and less rent approves complimentary breakfast. Very limited choices for breakfast. Little oily and spicy. . Overall experience was good. Staff is good and courteous. Quick service. Neat and clean. . Breakfast is chargeable. Other hotels in the same vicinity with same or high service standards give complimentary breakfast. Tariff is little more than others. For breakfast very limited options.

Well staff behavior

Expensive food as well as to vacate early due to a pre scheduled marriage ceremony at the same hotel really bugs the way they treat their guests. Not recommended.

The hotels location is exceelent, the hotel is clean and well maintained, employes are great, service is good. Overall experiance was very good.

Not a comfortable stay at all. The room services specially were too bad. Had to call thrice to get a towel. Called for extra water at night, only get them in the next morning. Hotel dinner wasn't available after 10 pm. Rooms were good, spacious and well furnished for the price. Bathroom was dirty. Bathtub specially was very dirty.

Room is spacious. Staff are also good. Food is delicious. But location wise not great. Far from jaldapara forest.

I had booked a triple deluxe room, but he insisted that according to their records, it was only a deluxe room and demanded additional payment. Even after showing him my booking confirmation on the makemytrip app, he asked for the hotel booking invoice, which i eventually provided. The room itself had multiple issues: the sofas were broken, the centralised geyser wasn’t working, there was no aqua guard, and the tv stopped working on the last day. The response time to any issues was poor, and the hotel wi-fi wasn’t functioning either. ”

Very good room, foods are good and pocket friendly, staffs are courteous, overall very good experience

Food is ok service is average, room quality is average no basic amenities like kettle tea/coffee pouch or shower gel. Room rent on higher side although lack of amenities. Service is not upto standard and lacks basic customer support etiquettes and behaviour/manners.

Bed & room is okay, but need to improve services. Staffs are not so much professional. Parking place need to improve.
