Reception is grand,staff is courteous but room linen was dirty, bathroom accessories were broken,there were crickets in bathroom and room.

The location is very near to the temple. This is the only luxury hotel stay there. The food is good and reasonable. Ample parking space is provided by the hotel. Hotel room prices are also reasonable. I highly recommend this property.

Positives : Hotel Ambience is good. Greenery is marvelous and evenings are peaceful , that too, close to Mandir rush. Rooms are clean. Kitchen provides quick vegetarian good meals. Staff is supportive. We practically experienced no problem. Negative: Driver's stay arrangements was not good so my Driver did not avail for the complimentary dormitory stay due to toilet smell, mosquitos .

Good infrastructure with spacious rooms. But not at all maintained. Dirty, torn bed sheet and quilt cover, smelly towels, bad quality toiletries. Refused tandoori chapati for lunch citing non availability of coal for tandoor. Paid for a night. Terrible experience.

The rooms are very good. Hotel staffs are very polite. They wish jayshree balaji which is very good as we are in salasar dham. I never imagine that in salasar we will get such type of hotel standard. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends. Hotel parmeshwari is having tent house rooms also. Excellent

Stay was very nice, property is the i think the best in salasar. Food is quite good aswell. Staff is courteous. Only thing that needs improvement is the bed lenin, which was ok but not as per the standards of the hotel. Rest the stay was quite comfortable!

It was a decent stay. The staff was good. Location was 5mins from mandir so convenient.

Dirty and spotted linens, horrible experience, terrible customer service, damn slow responses and least value for money. The towels were yellow, soaked in bleach. I could feel the same in my hair until the next day. Hot water didn’t work, upon requesting somebody came over and made it work after 30 mins. The restaurant food prices were not in line with the quality and taste. Overall, not worth the money they charge for. Probably deserves half the price of what they charge.
