Excellent stay

Pleasant stay in hotel paramount. Staff was cooperative. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Food was also good. Overall a very good experience.

Terrible Stay

No light was there when we arrived. Electricity was arranged after 2 hours. We had our exams next day. Receptionist was a waiter grade person as told by owner itself so no professionalism. Rude behaviour and told adhar card of different person were from different cities therefore invalid. Totally illogical.

Regarding the check-in process, please note that as per our hotel policy (clearly mentioned on all booking platforms), we are unable to accommodate unmarried couples. Identification showing the same residential address is required for couples to complete the check-in formalities. We value your feedback and will continue working to improve our services. Poor Service Such bad behaviour they charged a huge amount for early check-ins even for 1 hour No amenities which they show on the websites
