This experience was too good and I had great dinner and breakfast 🥞

My overall experience was terrible. 1. It was discussed with the hotel authority that they will prove early checkin at 6 am. I reached on time and no one opened the hotel gate as no one was there. I called the number 20 times and the call was not picked. I had to walk 2 km to get another hotel for 3 hours. 2. AC of the hotel room was automatically getting switched off. It might be getting tripped from the main switched board. Every time I called reception and the fixed it from outside. 3. On the first day, the food was tasty, the same order I placed the next day and it was terribly filled with chilly. 4. The door of room was so hard that it needed to be pushed hard to open and close it. 5. Breakfast was surprisingly tasty. Whatever I ordered was delivered beyond my expectations. 6. Hotel timing for ordering food is till 11:00 which is highly convenient for the professionals who work late hours and may order late at night. 7. Room was clean, hygienic and comfortable. 8. In all good hotels, one mineral water per day is complementary, here I got one day complementary and another day chargeable. Though it is not a challenge for me to pay for the water bottle but there must be a uniform rule.
