Service, Rooms and Staff were very good. Food was also good. They helped us to customize for our needs

Easy check-in, room service and food was good. Had hassle free travel as the hotel is close to the airport and highway. I will surely recommend this place to people in transit and want to have a safe and comfortable stay. The staff were polite and helpful. Overall, it was safe, comfortable and a good stay.

Amazing Hospitality at Hotel Pallavi Rajdhani
Simply Amazing! we had a great family experience during our recent stay at Hotel Pallavi Rajdhani, Thiruvananthapuram. Both these persons went ahead with additional services for their esteemed guests i.e. Front Desk (Mr. Aashiq) and Restaurant (Mr.Nitish) were there to help and attend round the clock with a pleasant smile 😄

Poor Stay
No food service at night ! no packed water bottle in room ! while i asked packed water bottle need to pay additional charges for the same. Unhappy. I don’t have

Excellent Stay
The room was well maintained, near to temple ( around 2 km) food quality and service was good. Food is not so expensive. They also help us with cab services for visiting nearby temples

Check in this hotel was cool and awesome, with in 5minuts check in process completed. And room is also well cleaned, room staff are very cooperative and friendly, breakfast is very good and tasty. Totally awesome experience. Thank you

Excellent Stay
We got a nice clean room with enough space. It has an easy access with main road. We stayed there for 1 day and all staffs including the securitise’s are nice. We stayed as family here. Even the bar access was there, still we were not having any disturbances and discomfort by the surroundings. Family can also stay.

Excellent Stay
The check in was smooth and although I arrived late at night, the staff at the reception was very helpful. They even arranged a taxi for me early next morning. Room was clean with good AC and hot and cold running water

It's very bad experience in stay. Room is old and dirty, bed were stinking .. I never thought make my trip will refer this type of hotel. I m regular customer of MMT but this was bad experience ever ... Sorry to say not to say thanks ..

It worst experience. I had booked the hotel through MMT. But there were no rooms available. Was told that I would be accommodated in a nearby hotel. The hotel people did not bother to notify MMT that the rooms were not available. I had to spend Rs 400 + for cab as it was far away from my desired location
