Not worth for money and the room is small having loud noises near road and no room service of food

AC is not working

The stay was not as expected. The rooms were not that clean as in pictures Restrooms were seriously bad. Felt not worth the money for a stay

Rooms are not properly cleaned. There is no bath and dental kit. This is not worth the price to stay in this room price is high. No proper response from the staffs

The room can be improved better if you have pre-checked the facilities in the room. Eg: the flush is not working well in the toilet, the pillow wasn't really good and the blanket was very thin for the air-conditioning room. The plug point wasn't working we well for international charging usage

I came to tirupati and stayed there for night and there is no delay in accommodating us un to our rooms after a tiring journey i liked that, the reception personnel and staff there are very supportive and helpful. Had pleasant stay, looking forward to continue my patronage there, thank u

The hotel cleanliness and reception service are not good. Hotel rooms are also not clean and small. Parking is outside the hotel premises and needs to go long and make u-turn to bring the car. No parking in front of the hotel. The price is expensive given the quality of service and other hotels with the same facility near by.

One of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in, no room service at all. Tv was not working and there was no hot water. The room is tiny and they call it a deluxe room. They have a restaurant with a hotel but they won't serve it to room.

Stay away booking this hotel even if you plan for a day. Allotted 503 room, last floor on hotel. Lift was not working for a brief period, broken chair, fan regulator not working, bathroom pipes were too hard, working randomly. On top of all, cleaners opened the door when the guest is inside. Very shocked to see such unprofessional behaviour. They are not fit to be in hotel management service.

Room service is not at all good. Overall not nice. Very very poor service 2019 we all stayed along with our family. That time it was nice, now the service is not good. 'while checkout nobody is coming to take our luggage. Customer service is very poor

The ambience and cleanness is not up to mark, need to improve and stay was not up to mark so work on ambience and clean

No room service, complementary breakfast is either 2 idly vada or 1 dosa vada. Dth another reached and waited for 5 hrs for simple recharge.

Room was decent and has continuous hot water supply. With restaurant in the ground floor, it make life easy after a full day of walking and standing in tirumala. Easy access to the rtc buses, just 1 minute away.

Service is good and ambience and food is also good. Room cleaning and everything is good. Serving food to the room is also quickly

Good stay here at orion. People are very professional here. We actually found this place based on the food we had at orion hotel last time. Food is very good at this place.

Hotel stay was very good. The ambiance is very cool here, nearest to all places around the city. Food availability and quality is excellent. Hotel team is very cooperative.

Hotel is neat but there is no room service at all, continuous water leakage in washroom instead of informing service boys they could not stop. Pics not available

Hotel orion is the worst which i have stayed so far ac is not working, on bed we had ants, toilets are not upto the mark and overall worst. We have booked the room by seeing reviews. Even water also not provided
