Review Of Hotel Orchid

An excellent property but poorly maintained. Dinner have basic amenities. The tv was non-functional. No toilet roll in the wash room. Geyser was non-functional. The room did not even have a dustbin! when i spoke to the owner, he said that the property is mainly used by the locals, who misuse/ steal most of the things. Very difficult to keep an eye on everyone. I agree with him. Poor guy.

Not a good location. Hotel and room is poorly maintained. Staff is good and cooperative but location and room quality is very bad.

very poor ..food was not good..room was average... overall if you can find other options....avoid to stay

1. used bed sheets 2. ⁠pillow covers bad smell 3. ⁠washroom not cleaned 4. ⁠no ac installed 5. ⁠no room service, boy not available 6. ⁠not responding 7. ⁠please do not suggest this hotel to anyone

Well, i paid more than 2500 a night for an extremely basic room, with no toiletries or tea maker even. Chanced upon seeing mp t vindhya retreat that was a way better choice. There was no breakfast or wifi either. The staff was courteous, and the attendant got me tea and a plate of poha albeit

It wasn't good experience at all. Staff behavior, they were not professional.

We were happy to receive free tea for 2 person, even though complimentary breakfast was not opted
