Review Of Hotel Option

Terrible experience. Most uncourties. No water in the morning. Then luke warm water instead of hot water. Not all recommended for stay.

The place is near the market area and has dedicated secure parking. The food was very tasty. Worth staying with family even. One can have an event also in this hotel.

Housing keeping good, family freindly and staff cooperative

Rooms are clean, large parking space, location approachable, nice staff

Booking was made for 3 adults for a suite room. We reached hotel at 11pm, we wanted extra matress which was provided to us after lots of calls & 1 hour wait. Suite room is not a suite, but a fraud. Bed is good. Sofas are good for nothing. Location is good. Hotel has retaurant for food.

Hotel located in good area, however rooms were not upto mark toilet was not that clean curtains in room were almost transparent as you can see through them

Parking is good. But entrance modification required

Excellent facilities with very good service.

I stayed with my wife for one night only, but there was no morning room kit like toothbrush, shampoo, body lotion, and oil. There was only one small soap and old type of towel. Housekeeping and bedding were good, room condition is good, complimentary breakfast variety was very poor, only one type of breakfast was available, it should be improved. Bathroom kit to be improved.

Room is good but room size is small

The door of room was not locking. Even the washroom door lock also not locking. No hot water was available in bathroom. TV remote was not working properly. No fresh air or ventilation to outside was available. Room service was also very poor. The exhaust fan of the bathroom was creating so much noise. Hot and Sour soup was made like only chilly soup, no taste. Restaurant is also very costly. The non veg items provided at room were too much costly.

Never check-in there. Not for those who want cleanliness at least and not for value of money at all. Never select this just because of location. I selected this just because I saw photo and had very bad experience.

It is nice to see that management has made the arrangements good. Food is little bit costly but taste is good. Staff behavior is positive & customer friendly. Cleanliness is awesome. Will prefer 1 more time in next month trip.

Very relaxed for me thanks for service of everything. I didn't accept this but you guys do well and for people who want to know about this hotel. Don't be think Only book this hotel if you want good service and food also.
